Problem
A client was looking to grow his property portfolio and therefore contacted us to source him the best buy to let finance deal. Unfortunately, his application to the initial Lender chosen was rejected due to some adverse credit being found on the credit file.
Solution
He liaised with us about the reason for the situation and we promptly sourced another Lender who was able to accept the client’s adverse financial issue. Despite having to submit the Application shortly before the Christmas period, from the date of submission of the Application to the Offer being issued took just 3 weeks.
